1) Use of Service

• You may upload, organize, and manage your documents.
• If you connect Google Drive, you authorize us to access only the files you explicitly choose to create, open, sync, download, or delete via Paperly.
• You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload.

2) Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3) Subscriptions

Some features may be paid. Prices and billing terms will be shown before purchase.

4) Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the service.
• Abuse of integrations or third-party APIs.

5) Intellectual Property

You own your documents. Paperly and its marks, code, and design are owned by KGN Infotech LLP.

6) Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss due to third-party services, or outages beyond our control.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may cancel anytime.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in New Delhi.
